I tried to move Claudiu Tănăselia titled with the ă characters in the name, OrbiterWiki didn't like it. All links pointed to Claudiu T, would not go to actual page. Display said 'Claudia T does not exist'. I was able to revert the move which un-created the original page. So, I created the page without the accents, links to the page should read:
[[Claudia Tanaselia videos|Claudiu Tănăselia videos]]
