Orbiters large scale coordinate system is called the Global coordinate system or Global frame. It has its origin in the center of the solar system and is has its three axis vectors oriented like this:

X The X-axis points to the vernal equinox
Y This axis points to the solar zenit
Z The Z-axis is oriented orthogonal to x and y axis.
