[edit] New guideline suggestions

I've edited the new guidelines for clarity and grammar, not to change their content, but I do have a few suggestions for change of content:

• the Wikipedia capitalisation link suggests using title case for titles in direct contradiction to the guidelines here, so that link seems odd. I would suggest we also recommend Title case for titles;

• I would suggest we retain sentence case for subheadings;

• I would suggest we recommend sentence case for the article bodies too.

The actual explanation of sentence case seems sound (although clauses following a colon aren't capitalised, by the by).
