Returns the airspeed of the specified vessel w.r.t. the closest planet or moon.

BOOL oapiGetAirspeed(
                     OBJHANDLE hVessel,
                     double *airspeed)

Parameters

hVessel: vessel handle
airspeed: pointer to the variable receiving the airspeed (m/s)

Return value

Returns FALSE if the call fails.

Notes

This function works even if the planet does not have an atmosphere. It returns the equivalent of airspeed.
